Introducing: The RF Youth Boxing Mental Health Program
The Positive Mental Health Program is designed to support RFYB young people aged 8 to 18 and addresses mental health by utilizing the arts to meet their social and emotional needs in combination with physical activity and learning healthy coping strategies. It provides a safe and supportive environment to explore and express their emotions through the arts, while also learning coping skills and strategies for managing their emotions and promoting positive mental health.
Support our mission to provide historically underserved youth with access to high-quality programs and the opportunity to become the best versions of themselves.

“I’m 16 years old, and I’ve been boxing at Revolution since I was 12. Boxing went from something I did after school to a lifestyle. If I’m not in school or home, I’m in the gym mainly because the environment Revolution brings; the people here have become family, and it’s safe to say the gym has become my second home. I aspire to be a successful professional boxer and with the Revolution team I strongly believe that dream will come true.”
— Steven Mejia, Youth Boxer
“I’ve been coming here since I was 16 years old. I grew up here. The coaches and friends I made here are like family! I feel like they inspired me to work hard and get things done.”
— Axel Cujantes, Youth Boxer
